These Terms and Conditions apply to www.rangolionline.co.uk and any related subdomains and services. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. This document is provided for general information and is not legal advice. Please ask a solicitor to review before publishing.

2) Using our site
You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with security or other users. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.
3) Orders and contract formation
Product listings are invitations to treat. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we email a Dispatch Confirmation. Until then we may refuse or cancel and refund any payment.
Please check details carefully. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact details.
4) Prices and payment
Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown on site.
If there is a clear pricing or stock error we may cancel and refund before dispatch.
Discount codes and promotions are subject to individual terms and may be withdrawn without notice.
5) Delivery
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. We will deliver within 3-5 days of acceptance unless we agree otherwise with you.
Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Legal title passes when we receive full payment.
If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you with a new estimate and take steps to minimise the delay.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed deliveries, we may charge for redelivery.
Please inspect parcels on arrival. Any damage in transit should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so that we can investigate with the carrier and help you quickly. This request does not reduce your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6) Your statutory right to cancel (distance sales)
For most products bought online you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you or your nominee receives the goods. To cancel, email rangolionlinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and items.
You then have 14 days to return the goods. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving evidence of return, whichever is first. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
We may make a deduction for any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would handle them in a shop. Please see legal exceptions below.
7) Legal exceptions and hygiene policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and to personalised or made to order items.
To protect customers and comply with the hygiene rules, we apply a hygiene seal to items that are worn through piercings, such as earrings and ear chains that include studs or posts. If the hygiene seal is broken or removed after delivery, the item cannot be returned for change of mind. If the hygiene seal remains intact, you may cancel and return within the legal time frame.
For non personalised necklaces, bangles, bracelets and other wearable jewellery that does not enter a piercing, the general 14 day cancellation right applies unless the item has been handled beyond what is necessary. We may deduct for diminished value where items show wear, missing components, or damage.
Bespoke or personalised items are non cancellable unless faulty.
8) Returns policy and process
Start your return by emailing rangolionlinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number within the relevant time frame. Return items in their original packaging with all tags, inserts and any hygiene seals intact where applicable.
Please use a tracked service and keep proof of posting. You are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Sets must be returned complete. For hygiene reasons we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund where eligible and place a new order.
9) Faulty or misdescribed items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us. Within 14 days of delivery, you may be entitled to a refund. After 14 days, we may repair or replace. If that is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction. This applies to all products, including scarves and jewellery.
10) Fraud prevention and misuse of returns
We take hygiene and customer safety seriously. Items returned with signs of wear, missing parts, odours, cosmetics, hair or perfume may be refused or subject to a deduction for diminished value.
We monitor patterns of returns and may suspend or close accounts where misuse is suspected. Fraudulent activity, including returning used or different items, may be reported to payment providers, carriers and relevant authorities.
11) Product information and care
Measurements and weights are approximate. Colours can vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
Fashion jewellery uses non precious metals and plating unless stated otherwise. Avoid water, perfumes, lotions and hairsprays. Store separately and wipe with a soft cloth. If you have metal sensitivities, review the materials and contact us before ordering.
12) Promotions, bundles and gift cards
Promotion terms may set minimum spends, end dates and exclusions. Promotional bundles and free gifts must be returned in full for a refund unless the promotion terms say otherwise.
Gift cards are non refundable unless required by law.
13) Pre orders and bespoke items
Estimated dispatch dates for pre orders are guidance only. We will update you if dates change. Bespoke or personalised items are non cancellable and non returnable unless faulty.
14) Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
15) Events outside our control
If an event outside our control affects performance of our obligations, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
16) Intellectual property
All content on the site, including photographs and text, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use content without permission.
17) Privacy and cookies
Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These explain how we collect, use and share data, your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and how to contact us.
18) Complaints and dispute resolution
We aim to resolve issues quickly. Contact rangolionlinejewellery@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may seek advice from Trading Standards or an alternative dispute resolution body. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
19) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non exclusive jurisdiction.
