• Proof where relevant, clear photos or screenshots (for delivery damage, include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging and the item)

Delivery damage
Include your order number and photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can raise this with the carrier promptly. This request does not affect your statutory rights.
