1) Delivery
1.1 Services and time frames
· Standard service: Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2–3 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
· Delivery times are estimates. We will deliver within 7 days of accepting your order unless we agree otherwise with you.
1.2 Dispatch
· We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of order acceptance. During peak periods dispatch may take slightly longer.
· You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
1.3 Tracking, missed delivery and safe places
· Tracking is provided by Royal Mail. If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, you accept responsibility once Royal Mail marks the parcel as delivered.
· Missed deliveries may be held at a local delivery office. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us and redelivery charges may apply.
1.4 Address accuracy and changes
· Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot amend addresses after dispatch.
· Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or non‑collection may incur redelivery costs.
1.5 Delivery problems
· Transit damage: Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging and the item so we can raise this with the carrier promptly. This request does not affect your statutory rights.
· Lost or late parcels: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate. We may ask you to complete a non‑receipt declaration while Royal Mail investigates.
2) Returns and cancellations
We follow UK consumer law including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The points below explain your rights and our policy.
2.1 Change‑of‑mind cancellations (online orders)
· For most products bought online you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then a further 14 days to send them back.
· When you cancel under these rules, we refund the price paid and the basic delivery cost chosen at checkout (not any upgraded delivery). Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or acceptable proof of posting, whichever is earlier.
2.2 Hygiene‑sealed piercing jewellery
To protect customers and comply with hygiene rules, items that go through a piercing are supplied with a tamper‑evident hygiene seal (for example, earrings, ear chains with posts).
· If the seal is intact, you may cancel and return within the legal time frame.
· If the seal is broken or removed after delivery, the item cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
2.3 Non‑piercing jewellery and scarves
· Necklaces, bangles, bracelets, headpieces and similar non‑piercing jewellery, and scarves, follow the standard 14‑day cancellation right for online purchases unless personalised or made to order.
· You may handle items only as you would in a shop. If items are used or worn beyond that (for example, signs of wear, perfume, cosmetics, missing components or damaged packaging), we may deduct for diminished value or refuse the return in line with the law.
2.4 Items you cannot return for change of mind
· Hygiene‑sealed piercing jewellery once the seal is broken after delivery.
· Personalised or made‑to‑order items.
2.5 Faulty or misdescribed items
· If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible.
· Within 30 days of delivery you may be entitled to a refund. After 30 days, we may repair or replace; if that is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.
3) How to return
· Start your return: email rangolionlinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason.
· Prepare your parcel: return items in their original packaging with tags, inserts, pouches and any hygiene seals intact where applicable.
· Post the item: use a tracked postal service and keep proof of posting. Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, you are responsible for return postage costs.
· Sets and bundles: return all components together. Free gifts or promotional items must be included to receive a full refund unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
· Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund where eligible and place a new order.
4) Assessments, deductions and refusals
We may inspect returned items. We may make a reasonable deduction for loss in value where items show wear beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, or where components are missing. Items returned used may be refused and sent back to you.
5) Fraud prevention
We review return patterns to protect our customers and business. Returning used or different items, or making false damage claims, may be treated as fraud. We may refuse the return, recover losses, and share relevant information with payment providers, carriers or authorities where permitted by law.
6) Need help
